Rendered Virtual Tours With Interactive Material Selection

Based from a combination of our Material Selection System I-Select and the I-Tour Integrated Virtual Tours - the I-MotionVR is the first application to allow viewers to select a prospective floor plan, view the plan in 3D, and make material selections through photo-realistic 3D virtual tours in place of still images. The result offers buyers the ability to not only make selections but move within the environment seeing all facets of the room. Incorporated within the interface the prospective purchaser can also view a complete Material Selection System - I-Select of the exterior of the home and view it from all sides through the 360 Walk Around feature.

Interactive Interface With Full Database Integration

I-MotionVR Plus is an add on option that allows for full database integration. The interface has the ability to interact with databases to showcase product items such as furniture and load not only product model numbers and color availability but can co-ordinate an online purchase through its shopping cart functionality, and finally showcase it in a stand alone 360 walk around. As well the database is integrated to allow for full environmental assessments and efficiency of the building. What this means is based on the materials selected within the selection process and based on the builders building procedures the In2Energy Dashboard can predict within a 90-95% accuracy what the average monthly energy consumption and costs will equate to.
